Activity validation
Measured by its ability to interact with fixed Jurkat cells using a concentration of 2.0 or 25 μg/mL.
Gal 8-1 demonstrates dose-dependent binding to fixed K562 cells within the 0-12 μg/mL concentration range, as determined by flow cytometry.
Gal 8-1 causes agglutination of fixed K562 cells at higher concentrations.
Gal 8-1 induces early-stage (CD69) and mid-stage (IL-2) activation of Jurkat cells at at 25 μg/mL.
